entertainment company Disney. They have been the market leaders in this business. The business
environment of the organization has been discussed and the external environment of the
company has been focused more. The PESTEL analysis of the Walt Disney has been done and it
is very much useful to denote the issues they could face in their business. The Porter’s five forces
analysis has been done to find out the business challenges regarding the competitors. The
acquisitions of Fox by Disney have been highlighted as their future strategic intent. However, the
business analysis has been made on the Disney movies as well.
