Wells Fargo & Company is an American international banking and financial services holding
company headquartered in San Francisco, California, with "hub quarters" throughout the country
Its vision statement- We want to satisfy our customer’s financial needs and help them succeed
financially.
Its mission statement- To help successful business owners, retirees, and families.
As here wells Fargo has very sound and effective vision and mission statement which is
attracting the various class of the people, as they are dealing into financial perspective which is
the most needed perspective to all and majority are very concerned about their financial status
and planning. As they believe that customer can be best served when they have a relationship
with a trusted provider that knows them well. They also believe in providing reliable guidance
and serve the customer with their full range of financial needs.
Merits are
As they are dealing with financial product and services which is most prominent in the life of the
person and to the economy as a whole.
Good image- Wells Forgo is a trustful name.
Segmented to the major population like owners, retirees, and families.

the customer condition and stability that is their mission is to provide investment decision with

The basic shortcoming is that they are not dealing and highlighting tax planning and tax

formulated in a way to create a trustful brand image and to achieve the business goals. Every
organization formulates its strategic objectives in regards to fulfilling its vision and mission.
Objectives are as follows
1. Maximum reach- advertising and marketing promotion strategy should be focused and made
as the objective in a way to reach out the maximum potential customer
2. Strategic objective of projecting the tax planning and tax management in advertisement
3. Strategic objective to show how to play safely in this dynamic scenario
Mainly objectives are made in a way to achieve the goals and vision and mission of the
organization. So here in case of Wells Fargo, they need to formulate the strategic objective that is
they need to make add campaign in a way to reach maximum population and in that it needs to
project the importance of tax planning and management, and how to play safe with the dynamic
situation of the market. Beside this other objectives can be providing awareness about the
importance of financial institution advice and financial system. Providing knowledge about the
