they have nearly about 65-75 workforce, and minimum 28 person who is serving the
housekeeping department. This case study give the brief about the hotel mission, vision and
values of this firm. And also their approach of stakeholder with competitive advantage, pestle
analysis and many of thing which is ongoing with selected organization which create an impact
in their part of motive to be get higher number of customer and make this chart in the course of
profit. Which communication are need to meet new approach in the industry.

The main theme of hotel George is to provide the better and relevant service to consumer
which may help to stay long and safely. So with the term of service the customer happy regard
with hotel staff. In this aspect, they try to promote the organization and create a huge customer
base that leads to fulfill the the objective of organization and make a clear expansion in business,
Mission: in this, organization provide the service in the high level to customer by making
demands as well as reaching up to the expectation of customer and fulfilling the needs of
customer.
Vision: to provide a wonderful and beautiful experience to every customer in every aspect of
their living and comfort. As per the current scenario in every prospect firm getting new
technology and making himself more modern to reach up to the customer and provide the best
experience of staying in hotel (Canuti and et. al., 2016).
Value: the hotel George making improvement in their policy and structure of customer
supports and service, they active and reaches up to the wishes as well as the customer experience
ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
owner of hotel make some policy and procedure which help the organization to work
smoothly and more effective in work. This all responsibility is driven by the manager of the
hotel who taken this role to make the function smooth and efficient. In addition of this the
organization have operation and guest facing staff which help in the room service, waiter,

growth and expand in various cities and financial core of the hotel is high due to the national
traveler and international traveler. The hotel also provide two source of option one is normal and
another one is premium for those who want take benefit with other core destination.

according to this just follow and explore the target market in the hotel industry.

technology to making and opportunity to customer book their room and facility by one touch.

Environmental factor: Organization must follow the waste management department to
ensure the food and other wastage did not not harm the environment.

revenue of selected enterprise.

Operation Management: It is defined as a business practice which is used by companies
in order to maximise and enhance the effectiveness with a view to attain set objectives. It consist
of machinery, material, technology & labour that is required to develop high standard product as
well as services which benefit the company (Rodríguez and et. al., 2016).
Supply chain: It is basically a network which take place among suppliers & the company
to develop as well as distribute specific product to the end-user. There are various aspects
involved such as people, resources, information and so on that is needed in order to complete the
activities properly and effectively from production to deliver it to end-user.
Operations- In context to George Hotel, it has different departments which perform
various functions. For instance, the function of purchase department is to provide the right
product by taking it from appropriate supplier so that customer get the right delivery. On the
