related to safeguarding information of the users. A talented professional could help Zynga
understand the importance to adhere to Data Protection Acts and other guidelines relating to
time until which it the data can be stored. Zynga’s finance was at risk and critiques were of
the opinion that this was the result of lack in proper decision making. A proper link between
attraction, retention as well as development of skilled professionals will help Zynga to
capture the market and be in the list of top five virtual gaming rankings. Thus there is a need
to have a balance and link in between these three aspects.

Zynga needs to make use of social capital in leveraging human capital not only within
the firm but also across the firm as well. Social capital is said to be strengthened or built by
proper design and not just by mere chances (Arena & Uhl-Bien, 2016). Social capital can be
acquired through networking. If an organization is successful in networking it can build and
maintain soli, professional relationships which would support human capital. Zynga can
expand its human capital by the help of a string contact network. The contact network should
be effective as to include all internal as well as the external stakeholders (Hollenbeck &
Jamieson, 2015). It would provide an appropriate environment for supporting human capital.
Building social capital can help Zynga face situations with the help of these connections and
the human capital as well.
