The main aim of the report is to present an overview pertaining to the approach of the
balanced scorecard with regard to the analysis of the case study pertaining to the company
Chadwik as far as the undertaking of a strategy with reference to the addressing of the issues

The behaviour of the managers and supervisors in the corporate sectors has played a vital role
in helping me as a corporate employee in terms of the aspects pertaining to the formulation of
beliefs related to the corporate sector. I have developed skills with reference to the ability of
taking risks in certain kinds of projects thereby making sure that the completion of the project
concerned results in the desired outcomes (Lasserre, 2017). I have also learnt to work in such
a manner so that timely solutions are provided to the clients in a qualitative manner.

The aspect pertaining to the desired results by the employees would matter to me as a project
manager even though the employees are working from home. Controlling employees in an
excessive manner would result in micromanagement thereby possibly triggering a mass
