leadership (Bill, 2015). Identification of the best case relates with the identification of the
appropriate opportunity, which would help me to emerge as a leader. Here, I agree with Bill
in terms of creating action plans for seeking into insight into the avenues, which are opened
before for attaining personal and professional development.
