Introduction
The report is mainly based on the analysis of a particular situation that is being faced by
the organization named Pro-Go Pty Ltd. The analysis will be related to various meetings that
have been conducted with the stakeholders of the organization. The meetings will be mainly held
from the point of view of the stakeholder and the impact that that they have on the organizational
operations.
Aim
The major aim of the report is related to the development of three strategic objectives out
of which a particular strategy can be selected for implementation for the operations of Pro-Go
Pty Ltd.
Discussion
Pro-Go Pty Ltd. is a manufacturer of high quality small sized cameras and the
organization is also privately owned in nature. The organization was established in the year 2004
and it has been able to depict growth on a continuous basis. The track record of the organization
is mainly based on the implementation of technologies for the proper development of products
that are offered to the consumers. However, recently the organization has faced major issues
related to growth levels in the industry (Aguinis, Edwards & Bradley, 2017). The availability of
cameras in the smartphones has been able to reduce the need of the standalone cameras that are
manufactured by Pro-Go Pty Ltd. The three major strategy options that can be provided to Pro-
Go Pty Ltd. related to the improvement of revenues in the future are as follows,

Pro-Go Pty Ltd. can aim at enhancing the features that are provided by the
products in order to compete with the quality of phone cameras (David & David,
2016).
Pro-Go Pty Ltd. can make more investments in the advertising and promotional
activities in order to communicate the features of the product to consumers in
different parts of the world.
Pro-Go Pty Ltd. can develop strategic alliances with the other organizations in
order to offer the products to more number of consumers and to improve the
quality of products as well (Hitt, Ireland &Hoskisson, 2016).
The meetings that have been held with various stakeholders of the organization including
General Manager or GM of the company, General Manager of the key supplier, Union official,
Operations Manager and Senior Finance Manager. The strategy option that has been selected
with the help of proper completion of the analysis is that Pro-Go Pty Ltd will be able to maintain
its profitability levels in the organization by developing strategic alliances with the other
organizations(Newburry, Deephouse&Gardberg, 2019).
Conclusion
The analysis can be concluded by stating that the stakeholders of a particular organization
are able to play a major role in selection of a particular strategy that can be implemented for
improvement of the organizational operations. The strategy that has been selected after
completion of meetings of the stakeholders will be based on the improvement of products offered
to the consumers by proper development of strategic alliances.
