begin declining. It is against this that it remains imperative to ascertain that leaders or managers
encounter difficulties in determining essential changes that need to be integrated within their
institutions, creating a strategic approach of attaining these changes, as well as manage the
change process, with the objective of attaining the desired outcomes (Konno, Nonaka and Ogilvy
2014).Without taking into account the element of change as well as adapting to new market
trends and needs which result from globalization, institutions are likely to encounter challenges
in effectively and efficiently attaining their performance. The purpose of this paper is to establish
how the Deseret News organization can consider the element of change in effectively attaining
its goals.
