INTRODUCTION
Marketing plays a very role in growth and success of business
entities. It helps a company to grow and diversify in target
market; but it is essential for managers to have an effective
communication at workplace for implementation of any business
strategy. This will be also helpful for them to know customers
needs and wants and also managing a healthy public relations
with them. Apart from this, the present report is based upon
Addison Lee; which is one of a private hire company in United
Kingdom. Currently it is being operated in all over UK market by
having sales revenue of £900m. There is will be described a
communication plan and develop a communication campaign.
The communication plan of business entities should be developed
