MANAGEMENT
Introduction
Healthcare sector business has encountered radical transformations in the legislative
parameters. Technological advancement is one of the other aspects, which has altered the
lifestyle of the people (Lo Presti & Marino, 2019). Strategic management with the focus on
community development can bring positive results. Strategic action plans relates to the
functional level strategies, which would standardize the operations of BRAVO unit. As a
matter of specification, the plans include organizing quality training and development
programs, which would enhance the standards of the evidence based health practices. The
aim in this context is:
To standardize the quality of care
To revise the schemes of rewards and recognition for increasing employee retention
Disseminating the plan to the stakeholders
Social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram would be used for the
disseminating the plans to the stakeholders. This type of marketing would directly help in
increasing the trafficking of the audience towards the brand image of BRAVO unit. Along
with this, written notices would be put up on the notice boards for the workers to take note.
Apart from this, emails would be sent to the clients for briefing them about the plans. Nazari,
(2016) opines that newsletters, forums and meetings would suffice the need for disseminating
the plan to large number of customers at the same time. TV channels would be one of an
effective means for communicating the plans to the stakeholders, who cannot be physically
present in the meetings.
Strategic action
Collaboration with the Board of Directors would be beneficial in terms of making
effective plans regarding the ways and means for introducing quality training and

development programs. The budget would be plans and draft would be shared with the
managers and the head of the unit. Meetings would follow this step, which would help in
undertaking effective actions for implementing the policies and actions with spontaneous
decision making. According to Butt, Naaranojab and Savolainen, (2016), situational analysis
would also be undertaken for assessing the feasibility of the actions in terms of the identified
and the specified goals. Journey mapping of the plans undertaken in the previous financial
years would be conducted for exercising risk assessment and management in the process of
implementing the proposed plans. In this context, one of an important action would be
revision of the selection and recruitment policies.
Alignment of the communication plan with the goals
Feedback responses would be one of the means for assessing whether the plan
addresses the goals and objectives. Modifications would be done to the plan on the basis of
the provided responses. Time management would be one of an effective aspects of assessing
whether the communication plan aligns with the goals. Muller and Turner, (2017) argues that
this feedback mechanism would be a crucial aspect for altering the workplace conditions, so
that the employees gain an interest for exposing their talents, skills, capabilities and
competencies. Involvement of the stakeholders in the meetings would diversify the scope and
arena of the business, which would develop mutual understanding and shared value.
Leadership and managerial skills
Participative management style would reflect the adoption of transformative
leadership style. Transparency would be one of the essential traits of the leader, making the
managers great and approachable for the employees. Nazari, (2016) opines that trust and
integrity in the leaders and managers would be crucial for developing the passion and

commitment among the workers for making the plan successful. Preservation of the cultural
