personalities in the organisation (Gradel et al. 2016). Her desired skill and qualities include
interpersonal skill, problem-solving skills, multitasking skills and flexibility. She must be a
bachelor’s degree holder in relevant areas such as health management, health administration,
nursing, business administration and public health administration. An advanced degree in
healthcare management and business administration course provide a wide range of
opportunities. An MBA in healthcare management might have helped her to attain the height.
She must have 6-8 years of experience in a higher managerial position in the field of NGO or
UN organisation, preferably having disability programme management or community
development experience.

The challenges that she faced in the disability sectors are underfunding without
flexible support option, lack of strategic approach and leadership quality and a sense of
isolation. Inadequate communication is another most potential challenge in the disability
sector (Fujimoto et al. 2014). Poorly defined goals and poor team skills also contribute to the
challenges that persist in the disability sector.
