Human resource department has a major role to play in the overall functioning of the
organization. They have to realize the current needs and demands of the employees and take the
necessary steps. They have to make sure that the employees are getting a good, employee
friendly environment that will help them to stay motivated. This report has mainly dealt with the
steps that can be taken by the HR manager of the ABC Company. As the HR manager, I feel
that it is my prior duty to work for the welfare of the company and particularly the employees
(people).
I will make sure that as their HR manager, I am always being very friendly and
approachable for all the employees. I will never differentiate between the old and fresh
employees in terms of maintaining the company rules and regulations. However, I will surely
give enough time for the freshers to cope up with the new environment that they will be facing.
As ABC Company is a cloth manufacturing industry, it is an evident fact that there can be
several factors affecting the success of the company. Some of the factors that can affect the
company are technological advancements, improvement in the resources of the competing firms,
entry of new firms, new expertise in the make and other such factors.

As the HR manager, I will try to communicate with all the employees so that they can
talk about their queries or any kinds of doubts. I will also conduct meetings on a regular basis so
that the employees can get proper opportunities for communication. I will also turn these
meetings into the learning experiences. There will be both sided communication and I will try
my best to solve all the doubts of the employees.
