Iwant to interact with you regrading HR advertisement that is going to be opened on your official
website. I am interested in this designated post because I believe that I am fit for this job position. The
reason behind is that I have all skills, behaviours such as communication skill, discipline knowledge,
digital literacy, critical thinking, self-management, global citizenship, problem-solving, staffing
experience, recruitment programs, hiring of employees, generate employee contacts and others which
makes me excellent and most suitable candidate for this job position.
I am a university student who is looking for a exposure as a Human Resource Manager. On the basis of
the situation analysis I need to take various decisions in company being in the position of Human
Resource Manager. Situation is all about analysing the practical side of the situation to assess the
impact. In the position of HR Manager I needed to assess the practical situation and take the
appropriate decisions to take competitive advantages in such practical situation. Situation analysis
allows HR Manager to take the competitive advantages of such situation. Thus, I need develop
problem-solving skills. Task is another element of the star method that involve I will be needed to take
many sessions like internship over personality development, digital literacy, critical thinking, self-
managementand many other sessions to improve the personality in such a way that I can fit in the
position role of HR Manager. These sessions I have taken has allowed me to understand all my
responsibilities as a HR Manager in company. These tasks cover all key areas of the training of the HR
Professionals which provide a practical exposure. Action is third element of star framework whereas I
have undertaken many actions to achieve the best level of expertise for the positional role of HR
Manager. I played games that are brain oriented, I solved many puzzles to polish the brain, I started
analysing the situation and I worked over my different skills.All the extra curriculum activities I have
done has supported me in improving my skills and capabilities. Based on the Star framework I can be
analysed that I must apply for the HRM administrator job. I also focused over improving
communication skill, research skill, observation skill and many other hard and soft skills. I am a
university student so have no exposure how to work over the position in company. All these training
sessions has allowed me to work in the professional manner in such a way that I can deliver the best

outcomes as a HR Professional.
To date I am aware about my strengths:
I have ability to influence employee retention by effectively creating positive working
environment.
Creates targeted recruitment programs to hire the best talent and fulfil all functional
units needs and requirement which they expect in candidate for the particular job.
Developing users-friendlyquestionnaires and application forms that can be applied by
the company while recruitment or interview session.
Judging labour or employee’s conflicts in collaboration with legal functional unit.
From my belief, I consider myself highly proactive, dedicated and often dependable individuals who
have effective verbal and written communication skills. I thought that only a relationship between
employer and employees would be brought mutual benefits. For example,my education background,
human resource experience and my qualification would make me excellent and most suitable for the
HR administrator job positioning. This opportunity permits me to improve my existing skills while
working in new working environment.
