The organizations are required to revamp the HR operations with the objective of
improving strategic management capabilities while developing specific workforce planning
measures. On the other hand, HR of an organization supports in effective wage planning
initiatives apart from assessing the training based needs of the employees in the organization.
The different changes in the organizational operations are reliant on the effective functioning of
the HR department (Hussain & Silpa, 2019). The classification of different business operations
and prioritizing the same on the basis of common goals of the organization is an immediate
concern for any HR manager.
The HR department must take the initiative of improving its communication with the
different business stakeholders like the employees, the managers and the hierarchy with the
purpose of recognizing the concerns and mitigating the same for achieving the common goals
(Guest, 2017). Moreover, improved knowledge on the current employment legislations would
allow the HR department in improving the policy structure while adhering to the needs of the
employees resulting to satisfaction among the workforce.
The employees play a crucial role in supporting the HR to improve their area of
operations through active communication. The HR department brings forth significant amount of
changes in their operational models through assessment of the concerns that are being faced by
the employees. In this connection, transparent communication between the HR department and
the employees would enable an organization in resolving issues. Therefore, from the above
assessment it might be noted that the HR department might bring forth changes in their current
operations while operating as an intermediary between the employees and the organizational
management.
