Human resource has wide career in all companies across the world because all
companies requires human resource to handle their companies effectively.
Human resource managers play various roles like planning, organizing,
coordinating and controlling.
I have completed my bachelors in HRM meanwhile period I went for internship
in a company whereas I learnt many things from the manager who were
managing whole staff and business activity effectively.
During internship I also learnt many things like how to deal with conflicts, takes
quicker and creative decision.

The most important thing is that manager must have good
communication skills then he can interact with it’s
employees effectively.
Thus, I really effected from HR personality then I have
decided I will become an ideal HR and plays productive
role in the company in future.
As I have experienced many challenges while doing
internship like I understood relationship between

maintains wellbeing of individuals in the company.
