INTRODUCTION
H R Department plays significant role in organisation which works for employee welfare
and manage the workforce. H R is responsible for hiring, giving compensation, managing payroll
in the firm (Aklamanu, Degbey and Tarba, 2016). It is responsible to handle all other employees
in a business and to improve effectiveness of employees so that are able to achieve organization
goals. Present study is based on Google, Google is a multinational company and working at an
extreme level all over the world Report is prepared on strategic issues of HRM. Report will show
role of HR department in development of Google. Different changes that have huge impact on
growth of organization will be discussed in this assignment. Different cultural issues that arises
in the workplace will be explained.
