Methodology
Research methodology is one of the important parts of the research which provides
various tools and techniques related to the way of completing the investigation in an effective
manner. Here below are provided different tools and techniques.
Research design: Research design is referred to process through which all the collected
information and analysing the result in an effective manner in order to reach the aim. It is
classified into three types that are exploratory, explanatory and descriptive (Winit‐Watjana,
2016). The present research is based on analysing the impact of strategic human resources
management on employee’s attitude behaviour and work outcome, therefore descriptive research
design will be used in order to complete the research in an effective manner. The motive for
choosing this design is that it will help in explaining the population which is enclosed in the
entire study
Research approach: Research approach is one of the essential aspects which shed light on the
method through which data is collected. It is divided into two types that are inductive and
deductive (Mebius, Kennedy and Howick, 2016). For the current investigation inductive
approach will be choosen by the investigator because it demands generalisation of gathered
information and then focuses on specific one. When qualitative research is conducted then it
helps in providing effective results. It also help the investigator in order to understand selected
topic in an effective manner and it link with collection primary data.
Data collection: The data collection is a procedure of assembly data on the selected topic that
is the impact of strategic human resources management on work outcome. There are two
methods through which information can be gathered for the research primary and secondary
(Bailly and Comino, 2017). For the current investigation, both primary and secondary method
will be used by the investigator. In primary research, data will be gathered from employees of

organisational studies.

will be used by the investigator. In primary research, data will be gathered from employees of
6

Thai airways through a survey. On the other side, secondary information will be gathered
through books, journals, and internet.
Sampling: In order to conduct survey sampling method will be used in which lead to reduce
the chances of bias and provide equal opportunity of being selected (Wright, Wahoush. and Jack,
2016). Here 30 employees of Thai Airways will be selected randomly.
Data analysis: Data analysis is one of the important parts of the research in which all the
gathered information will be analysed. There are two different methods through which
information which can be analysed that is qualitative and quantitative (Kerr, Eckert and
Wandwabwa, 2016). For the present research qualitative technique will be used for the
investigation. Under this thematic perception will be carried out in which various themes will be
prepared based on results. Along with this, different charts and tables will be prepared in order to
support the findings.
Ethical consideration: In order to carry out research in an effectice manner it is essential for the
investigator to follow some ethics. While carrying out the research it is essential to do not force
any respondent for taking part in the research. All the information provided by the investigator
need to be kept safe and destroy after use. Apart from this all the secondary information need to
properly cited and gathered from authentic sources in order to make research effective and
reliable
Back up plan
There are some alternative methods available in order to carry out research which can be
used by investigator. At the time when researcher face issues in carrying out primary research
then it can adopt secondary method for data collection.
