Minimum Payment act -
To avoid labour exploitation, this act was introduced by government of UK (Keep and
James, 2010). They have set minimum wage amount which a worker should be paid for fulfil
their needs fir survival.
Equal Wage act -
This act enable all worker the opportunity to have equal wage for the same working
profile. Organisation can not differ workers on basis of gender, caste and other factors.
Delivering Time of Work
In this act, there are determined working hours which have been set by government that is
48 hours. In case, if company want worker to work more than this, they have to pay for that
according to circumstances.
Worker Equality Act -
