INTRODUCTION
Strategic Human resource development can be defined as the integrated use of training,
organization and career development programs to make develop the performance of individuals,
employees and groups who are working in an organization. This process assist in developing the
capabilities and intellectual power of employees so that the goals and objectives of the firm. It
will assist company in growing. Strategic human resources develop the competency of
employees so that the future and current problem related to job can be solved by workers. In this
personnel training is been used so that performance of every worker in firm can be improved.
Present report will lay emphasis on the importance of strategic human resource development.

Importance of strategic human resource development
Strategic human resource development is of utmost importance in the organization. This
process includes training of personnel’s for the purpose of improvising the performance of
workers. This can assist organization in achieving their goals and objectives of the firm can be

necessary for growth of firm. Human resources when developed through proper training can also

company to engage in providing adequate resources to the employees so that their capabilities

This development can support the company in achieving their goals and objectives. It will

(Zehir and et.al., 2016). In order to implement strategic developmental human resource, it is
really necessary for leaders and managers of Woolworth Company to make use of effective
communication, so that issues which have been faced by employees can be analyzed by them. It
will assist them in making better relationship with workers. This development will also support
firm in increasing their belongingness and their satisfaction level will also be improved. Strategic
human resource development is also important in developing coordination among various teams
and departments which are working.
