Introduction
The report describes the illusion of an organization namely, Rainbow. Rainbow
provides their services worldwide and has approximately thirty outlets in South Wales
as well as Victoria. It is a collection of retail stores. The main services provided by them
is to provide readymade dress. The business mainly manufactures the dresses of
females and provide them quality dresses. The report focuses on the lack of their
business operations. The business are lacking with some business resources and some
operations which alternatively decreases the strength of the organization.
The report showcases two example of the business situations where they lack
their focus on the business operations and hence hampering the strength of the
organization. The report describes the fault that are done in their business processes.
The report also discusses the main reason behind implementing a distributed computer
systems instead of implementing a centralized computer system in various
organizations.
Strength of Rainbow illusion in controlling sales
The provided case study deals with the operations of the array of retail store
namely, Rainbow Illusion. The organization provides outfits for the female customers.

Alves and Leão 2013). All the representatives are allocated for their respective
expertise or skills and thus the management of the organization ruled that the
representative of one section cannot handle or interfere with other process of the
organization. The representatives should handle their own responsibilities. The
respective representative are assigned with some respective responsibilities and
they are not allowed to perform any operation in other departments of the
organization. Therefore, it can be concluded that Rainbow illusion is surrounded
with execution of distributed system while fetching the motive of the computation
operations. Each and every department contains individual representatives and
thus all allocated operation should be handled by themselves and should not be
interfered by other representatives (Adanur 2017). All the consecutive steps
maintain a proper chronology. Thus, it can also be stated that each and every
department of the organization contains identical roles and responsibilities. These
operations are accessible and can be tracked by the information associated with
the operational methods.
2. Various transaction methods for diverse systems of the organization: There
are numerous methods of payment associated with the organization. The
customer can choose various option to make a payment for their clothing outfit
purchase. The various methods of payment that can be chosen by the customers

are: payment with the help of cheque, payment with the help of individual debit or
credit card, payment can also be done with the liquid cash and customers can
also make their payment through e-wallet (Tijani and Ilugbemi 2015). Each and
every transaction are documented by the organization and the transaction records
are loaded in the database of the organization. This documentation can be done
by four methods which abides the various transaction modes of the organization.
This allow the customers to make payment through various ways and helps them
to shop their outfits seamlessly.
3. Profound as well as thorough analysis of invoice at every process of the
shopping: When the customer chose their respective outfit the sale
representative prepare a manual invoice which helps the organization to know the
demand of the product in the market. When the sale representative completes his
or her manual invoice then whole invoice is sent or transferred to the cash
counter. The representative then validate the invoice and input all the order details
depending on the invoice made by the sale representative. These cross checking
method used in the organization ensures that the whole purchase procedure is
free of any type of errors and allow the management to complete the whole order
of the customers.
4. Transferring the order to the sales department: After the completion of the
proper analysis of the invoice the detailed order is sent to the sales department of
the organization. Initially the invoice is sent to the cash counter and then the
representative present at that time in the cash counter performs an analysis of the
prepared invoice and then he or she transferred all the input data to the sales

department for further processes. In this step the sales representative also
validates the input data with the invoice which again validates the order and if any
error is found it is clarified immediately with the higher authority or the customer.
5. Appropriate maintaining the chain process: The whole purchase method is
linked in the form of a chain process. All the process are interlinked with each
other. The processes are executed depending on the priority provided by the
higher authority of the organization. The input data is distributed to various
departments of the organization to keep the track on the order.
6. Transaction record is united: This method or process deals with the accounting
as well as tracking the data gathered from transaction done each day. This
method plays an important role for the organization and thus needs to be
executed on the daily basis (Lee et al. 2013). The whole purchase methods are
executed or monitored or handled by the assistant manager who is in charge of
the retail. At the day end the assistant manager analyses the reconciliation
records every day and some remarks are given to every day’s transactions.
Advantages of Strengths
The identified strengths of the Rainbow Illusion helps them to operate their
business operation seamlessly. The sales department has the major responsibility to
successfully complete the whole process of purchase order. The first identified strength
is to implement distributed system for a better computation process of the business.

individual responsibilities. This stage or process minimizes the probability of the error

. The business of Rainbow illusion is supported many systems and data. These
data and the business system should be secured tightly such that they cannot be
misused by anyone. This can impact negatively to the business. The prime target of the
attacker is the information of the customers. They try to steal the credentials of a
customer and misuse them in various means. The primary strength of an organization is
to secure all the data. Security is a primary key for the business development. The main
focus of Rainbow illusion is to identify the vulnerable risk associated with the
organization. The scenarios of an organization depends on the professional and
personal nature of an individuals (Raza and Kilbourn 2017). The results of these type of
situation can arise to many forged activities which can hamper the data and reputation
of the organization. Such two forged activities based situation are as follows:
1. In the first scenario an employee faces a risk as well as faces some potential
threats due to some lawbreakers for the purpose of the customised interest. This
lead the employee to operate forged activity in the organization. This lead to take
