There are number of intellectual property rights that are available with very company
institution that protect and secure them from various problems and obstacles that can arise in
many situations. There are number of physical intangible properties that include: Patent rights: This right is applicable when any individual or company have produced
something new and innovative. It is controlled by Patent Act that have been formulated
by government body. It ensures that if patent holder registered themselves with it than
they are protected from many problems and are safe from any problems. Copy rights: It is governed by Copyright act 1988, that render right to property owner
that perform any task and function. It is formulated for particular time period and have to
be renewed after it get completed. If any individual wants to use this right properly than
they have to seek permission from the real owner and in return the other party have to
pay royalty in return (Govindarajan, and Ramamurti, 2011).
Trade marks: It is given for some sign, design or work process that allow any individual
or group of party so that they can able to seek protection from these actions or elements.
All the above intellectual rights enable Badger Mining Cooperation to get protection from
any misuse so that they can be free from many barriers that may arise in number of situations.
These are set laws and regulations that have to be executed in corrective and constructive
condition. Therefore, management have to take decisions regarding it and implement in
