Introduction
This work is regarding strategic IT management and is based on research and analysis of
case studies and development of strategic IT management plans. In this work, there are two main
parts – Part A and Part B that have specific requirements regarding research and analytic work.
This work proposal contains the deliverables of this assignment as well as clarification on
the exact requirements of parts A and B.
Deliverables
The primary deliverables in this assignment are two:
Part A – The sub-deliverables of this part include a research paper that is based on the
study and analysis of need for IS/IT intervention in a real world business organization and a
poster presentation for the same. For the purpose of this work, Coca Cola Company has been
chosen.
Part B – The sub-deliverables of this part include a detailed analysis of a given case
study and a report on industry expert talk.
General Overview of Part A and Part B
As per the requirements of the assignment, part A involves the development of a research
paper based on IS/IT intervention requirements of a real world business organization. For the
purpose completing this part, Coca Cola company has been chosen whose existing business
