Ren Zhengfei is a renowned Chinese entrepreneur and engineer. His most prominent
identity is the founder and CEO of Huawei, a Shenzhen based world’s largest manufacturer
of telecommunications equipment and second largest manufacturer of Smartphones. His net
worth as of February, 2019 is a total of 1.3 billion dollars. He is one of the most influential
persons and a great leader of the current time as he was the one who helped he company to
overcome all challenges and attain business success. The company has seen a rapid rise in the
new millennium that has helped them to be one of the largest telecommunications company.
Management and Managerial Skills and Roles
The major point of Ren Zhengfei’s leadership is that he has a clear purpose regarding
the success of the business. He has a number of managerial skills that has helped him develop
professionally and make Huawei one of the top notch companies of the modern time. Some
of the major Managerial skills of Ren Zhengfei are as follows;
a. Purpose driven ambition- The major core of Zhengfei’s leadership abilities is that he
has the clear vision of leading the company to its actual goals. He has always wanted
to innovate things and fulfil the dreams of the customers. This personality has further
developed his leadership skills.
b. Adaptive Vision- As a leader he has worked hard to translate the purpose of the
organization into a compact vision that has helped to make the business into a world
leader. He has been the one who have both pursued this vision and has also proved
himself to having the capability to construct and implement different strategies to
make the company much better and organized in nature.

brought a number of different problems for the company.
b. Economic Analysis- China is the second largest economy of the globe and the rate of
economic growth will grow in the coming years. This growth has helped Huawei to
surpass all records and achieve a strong and vast market across the globe.
c. Social Analysis- The thriving communication industry has helped Huawei to develop
its business and contribute to the social culture. The rapid growth of the Chinese
