Task 2
In my view the leadership roles had a great impact on the organization. In achieving any mission
the role of leader is most important. The leader can manage the work and guide others how to do
the work in the easiest manner. In my view the leader role is very complex in navigation and it is
the most demanding work. In the industries like healthcare it is required that the staff should
been encouraged and the good leader will always encourage his staff. In my analysis the leaders
always use his past experience in his leadership in which he has got success. The leaders are
always has to balance his responsibilities and must use his experience to increase production of
work and profit from the expense of their team satisfaction and culture (Lorinkova and Perry,
2017). The pattern of behavior of the leaders can help in the company’s growth. The lot of cost
of the companies can be saved from the good leadership. The leadership in my view does not
have helped the company but also the employees and has been guided with a way. The
employees feel motivated and do not feel the pressure of work. The leader’s emphasis had been
given on the positive company culture and the pressure is included on those “Great Places to
work” lists. The effect of leaders can be such that employees realized their job satisfaction and
also the inspirational mentors in the same company that can make a huge difference. The
employees feel the company as their home and they can make a huge difference in the World.
The quality of an influential leader that it always be an example for others and provides the
learning to manage the work. The learning for others is that how to manage the complex
situation and making decisions in these situations. It helps others in decision making power. The
decision making capabilities motivates and feel responsible. The leader shall always give the
credit for success to their team and takes failure on himself (Little, Gooty and Williams, 2016).

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP IN HEALTHCARE 13
In the context of healthcare industry my view is the learning one can take the moral values that
are the most important aspect of the leader. In my view the others can learn the moral and ethical
value from the leaders that is required to be the topmost priority of every person. The other
should always learn from the leader’s steps that have been taken to transform the changes that he
has made to the company and how these changes had helped the company. The others will learn
that how few good steps can make a huge transformation and it will be the best learning for
anyone from the leaders. Thus in my view the leaders are the most influential people that can
help others in every step of their life as not only in organizational value but also in day to day
activities. The growth of a person is only possible if he or she enhance the leadership powers
among themselves (Maurer and London, 2018).
