INTRODUCTION
Strategic management is the process of establishing the goals, procedures and objectives
of the organization in order to make the company more competitive. The strategic manager is the

website that is multinational organization which operates in different countries. In this project the
identification of the personal skills for the achievement of the strategic ambitions of Amazon are
highlighted. This project provides the personal leadership development for supporting the
achievement of strategic ambitions. This project has been able to evaluate the effective
leadership objectives for meeting the leadership development plan. In this project avocation of
employee welfare environment for supporting the organizational values for meeting the different
needs for strategy that includes commitment of employees and achievement of strategic
organizational objectives.

direction is to focus on the investment of the technologies for enhancing the logistics application.
The major focus of Amazon is always on fulfilling the capacity of M&A strategy, R&D activities
in the logistics for experimenting with Fin-tech and also securing its inventions with the help of
different patents.
The strategic direction of this organization generally complies with the ideas, innovation,
technological research, partnerships and most importantly the strategies which are responsible
for growing Amazon to greater heights (Gyenge and et.al., 2021). The aim of this business is to
expand its operations in the different parts of the world. This allows the business to growth its
