It has been found that one third of the
population of the country belongs to
cultures different to that of the Australia.
Thus, while working in environments that
include people of different cultures it would
be difficult for the indigenous Australian to
overcome the cultural gaps such as the
body language and the skills adopted by
them to communicate.
How can these be avoided? The issues that have been detected can be
mitigated by properly training the people
of the workforce regarding the styles of
communication of different group.

The biggest problem that has been
identified as a result of difference in
culture in the organisation is related to
communication between diverse groups of
people. Since, the problem is associated
with communication, the training and
awareness should focus on the topics
related to improvement of communication
