The project mainly aim to examine the significance of strategic leadership in developing the
performance of Hospitality Industry. Therefore, a crux of a business’s ability to sustain higher
progression and advancement laid the growth of strategic resources which tapped opportunities
within the business immediate environment or countered threats to develop value for the key
stakeholders (Chen, Murphy and Knecht, 2016). Strategic leadership is mainly defined as the
significance of the higher authority and the assessment to express others to acquire that vision
efficiently. In the manner to business, strategic leadership is recognised as the key aspect which
plays vital role in the systematic execution of business operations under the supervision of
experts and the leaders, therefore, this aid the business in the direction to attaining higher growth
and success (Tham and Huang, 2019). Crown Resorts is the chosen organisation for enhancing
understanding over the aspect of strategic leadership. It is Australia’s widest gaming and
entertainment group that had capitalisation of around 8.7 million Dollar in the year of 2018. The
company widely owns and operates two of Australia's leading gambling and entertainment
complexes I.e. Crown Melbourne and Crown Perth. The company was founded in the year of
2007 by and operated effectively by the supervision of Robert Rankin and Ken Barton. The
headquarter of the firm is in Southbank, Melbourne, Australia. The major intention of the
business is to become the most valuable service provider business and for this, business and its
management are concern over approaching effective strategic leadership in the manner to
enhancing the operations of the business. The study is mainly executed to determine the
importance of strategic leadership and how it affects the operations of the business (Tajeddini,
Martin and Ali, 2020).
Justification for the Research
The project into proper assistance is based on evaluating the importance of strategic

suitably implement strategic leadership for the operational enhancement of the business by the
appropriate assistance of the leaders. In addition to this, the project is also providing benefits to
the researcher and the learner in the manner to enhancing academic skills and attains effective
academic recognition via enhancing understanding over the aspect, as it is the most effective
topic for study (Ghadban, Shames and Abou Mayaleh, 2017).

this, strategic leadership is an effective approach in which leaders provide guidance o the

associations fringe to their own. Notwithstanding, Crown Resort is worked at more extensive
level and for this business is worry over actualizing powerful key administration for the aim to
improving the tasks of the business (Bradly, 2015). In this way, strategic leadership is basic for
the Crown Resort in empowering its representatives at work environment and giving them
appropriate help to their representatives to lead its activities in basic way. The appropriate
execution of strategic leadership is basic for the business to achieving higher development and
achievement. Vital authority plays out a successful part in powerful business climate, in this
way, the strategic leadership for the business is viable in dealing with the activities in proper way
to achieve higher headway and movement (Mills, Suddaby, Foster and Durepos, 2016).

research is mainly conducted together suitable data that are based on statistical and mathematical

assumptions within an investigation community in relation to how an issue needs to be
understand and addressed. This aspect of research methodology is based on selection of the

already accumulated information (Lei, Pratt and Wang, 2017). Thus, in this information will be
gathered via books, journals, articles and so on.
Data Sampling: Data sampling is mainly determined as the aspect that replicates from the

non probabilistic sampling tools. In the present research, random sampling will be approachable

this employees of Crown Resorts are select to gather information.

transforming and modelling information with the intention of discovering appropriate data,
informing outcome and supporting decision-making (Rutty and Scott, 2016). In the present
research analysis, thematic analysis approach will be considering to aid the project in right

In this present analysis the accumulation of information will be based on both primary and
secondary source of data collection. Thus, the two sources are effective in executing analysis in
detailed manner and valuable in generating effective results. There are effective aspects which
are needs to be considered by the research at the time of selecting the sources to collect
information (Smith, Sochor and Sarasini, 2018). Hence, time and cost are the key aspects which
are needs to be considered by the researcher. Thus it is important for the researcher to manage
appropriate amount of cost and capital as few activities are quite cost consuming in nature like
transportation, access of the sources, approval from the business, stationary, pen drive, print out
expenses and so on. Thus, for effective implementation of the activities of research the
investigator needs to manage cost and capital for better execution of the project (Gazzola and et.
al., 2018). In addition to this, the researcher also needs to be focused over the management of the
time, thus it is also a major concern of the researcher to manage time for effectively performing
each task of the project as it will helps the researcher to complete the work within the provided
time duration, thus for managing time, researcher needs to design a time frame in which
activities are mentioned with a pre prescribed time in which the task needs to be complement.

time management, implementation of the research methodologies, cost assessment and so on,
thus, increasing recognitions will also helps in conducting future projects in more liable manner.
