Most of the companies enjoy competitive advantage in the global market. According to
the author, Russell Coff and David Kryscynski, the company can enjoy the competitive
advantage by managing the human resources in effective manner. Human capital plays a
prominent role in the growth of any business. According to the author, the main source of
competitive advantage is human resource. the author also drill down deeper to analyze and
identify the individual and level of firms competent which interact to grant some companies
unique capabilities in retaining, attracting as well as motivating human capital for generating
