The issues of the Go-Pro camera will be identified in this report. The aim of the
research report is disclosed in the report. Through this report, a strategic plan will be
developed through which the problem associated with the Go-Pro camera will be discussed in
detail. As we have studied in the case that the pro-go camera has burst in the frame due to
which the client base has been disturbed. A legal contract must be filed so that the losses can
be compensated. Once the level of privacy is increased random connections will not affect

some legal actions. Due to this crisis, the sales of the company have had in the last 24 hours,
and a suitable action needs to be taken so that the balance in the supply chain can be
developed. The company should look after the development of strategies through which they
can retain the customers and improve the cameras. The Pro-go camera is an example of
innovation and technology as the company is providing excellent quality results in a small
package. The battery life of the product is an extended period through which the cameramen
can use it for videos. This device has an effective management team which has helped the
product to reach this stage of success. This device very compact and it is very easy to carry it
to places. This has helped many filmmakers to prepare the films and video with high
definition (Maeder & Gersbach, 2016). If the customers will be satisfied with the other device
is produced by any other random company then the demand for this company decrease and
the customers will not buy the products of the same company.

this company so that the problems can be resolved effectively and chances of mistakes can be
reduced. The functioning of the company needs to stop so the production of this device can

analysis can be conducted. Once the problem is identified the changes should be implemented
through which the improvement can be developed. This will enhance the flexibility of the
