connection between information system and strategy used by ABC Limited (Hypothetical),
manufacture specialized sea equipment's for sea going yachts. Moreover, it will analyze the
tools used to evaluate strategies and tools used by the enterprise to establish effectiveness and
efficiency in business operations. Beside, it will formulate the information strategy which will
assist the manufacturing company in attaining its goals and objectives. Thus, the report will
outline the implementation plan and its benefits, cost, risk and strategies.

information system is technological advancement techniques which assist the firm in accessing
over gathered information and adapt. This helps the manufacturing company in analyzing
consumers feedback regarding price and quality of its equipment's. It is the system which helps
in making the business process fast, accurate and reliable. Further, there is strong link between
organizational strategies and information system as it assist the firm in solving various problems
which interrupts the strategical decisions like, insufficient data, resources, market barriers which
restrict the growth. Moreover, the advancement ins system also asst the manufacturing company
in measuring business performance. The transaction processing technique assist the organisation
in making appropriate transaction without any barriers. The major link between information
system and business strategy is that is assist the company in altering goals, operations, products
and services according to environmental changes which assist the business in attaining

Galletta, 2016). It helps the management in making effective strategical decisions at all the level

of the firm. Further, it establishes a link between all the management functions in order to
analyse the internal strengths and weakness of the enterprise. This system ensures that the entity
has appropriate data regarding strategy and companies functions from every possible sources. It
is used by Sea Equipments manufacturing for planning, controlling, managing, and processing
adequate information to establishes smooth flow of business information in every organisation
department. The majorly benefit of implementing this in manufacturing is that it assist the
management in coordination and cooperating operations of all the departments without creating
hindrance. Apart from this, with the help of this tool the firm analyses every information every
