Assessment:
Considering the mission, vision and value statements of the two organizations, it can be
observed that while Harley Davidson focuses more on the bettering the customer experience
through the products, Triumph focuses more ion bettering the customers service experiences for
the customers. The organization is more focused on its employees as it believes employee
management and customer service experience is the key to success. However, Harley Davidson
provides more focus on the research development and in bringing out the nature of motorcyclists
from the general public (Akashi, 2016). Hence, the market position of Harley Davidson is more
than the other. A similar reason had determined the decreased market positions and revenue
structure of Triumph, while Harley Davidson is the considered to be one of the market giants in
the industry.
