Management has been a growing concern for the troops that is being led by the legend,
Robin Hood. The only consideration that he should have made in order to understand the
approaches of the team is to understand the requirements of his objectives and thereby make a
way or his reserves. As the troop went distorted with the growth of the team, the orientation and
the integration among the team members ceased (Hood 2014). It was the cause of the growing
concern for the increasingly good leader, Robin. In the meanwhile, the sheriff’s troops are
getting organized and more aligned, which was again a risk that the legend and his group of
merry men faced. In order to subdue the forces of the sheriff, the legend had two choices
(Sutcliff 2013). One was perhaps to join hands with the barons and the other was definitely to
kill the sheriff. The choices that he had, helped him to determine the ideology he and his group
were into. The important consideration that the legend must take in order to streamline the effect
of the forces is to take the best decision in order to make it a bit more effective on the measures
taken by him for the reformation purpose. The risk that was associated with the choices is based
on the decision and the effectiveness of the decision considering the situation (Stephens and
McCallum 2013). The situation determined the decision that the leader was about to take based
on the common goal of his team. the leadership quality that is being portrayed by the character is
based on the proper management skills that the character inherited. The management of the
troops is an important consideration that helps in achieving the common objective of the team
and serves the goal as well.
The consideration of the risk that is being faced by the leader is based on the important
resources that he had and most probably the distinctive nature of the case he is into. The major
discrimination between the choices that were available to him is based on the group’s
requirements and the objectives of the team, that must be adhered. The common objective is

being set in order to get a quick hold of the situation and thereby it helps in maintaining the
group’s culture.
The ideology that is being followed by the character and the skills of management that
the case study is focused on is based on the common principles of management and therefore the
character has adhered to the managerial skills (Schmitt 2012). The error that has led to the
challenge that is being faced by the character is based on the lack of recognition of the team,
members. The lack of orientation is a major issue faced in the management of the enterprise they
are into. The basic skills of knowing and judging the people help in determining the mentality of
the people in the group (Matthews 2016). The mentality of the people helps in determining the
job role they perform. The performance and the ethics depend on the mentality of the people and
therefore it helps in determining the proper management of the entities. The major flaw that the
character faced is due to the lack of the proper recognition of the members in the group. The
management of the entities, from the ethical point of view is therefore hampered. It affected the
show of the team in fulfilling the common objective of the group.
In order to set aside the issues that are being faced by the character of the case study,
certain actions are to be taken in order to understand the differences in the management systems
and thereby make significant progress towards attaining the goal of the enterprise. The most
important step that the character must take in order to make a giant entry into the issues and
resolving them accordingly is based on the objectives of the team (Matthews 2016). The leader
should always think for the betterment and the progress of the team and explore new ways in
order to make innovations for its progress. The implementation of the proper leadership skills
and taking the right decision from the choices that are being provided helps in the proper
management of the team and thereby solve the purpose of the team. In order to make significant

progress in the matters of the team, the character can join hands with the external and more
influencing people thereby facilitating the needs of the team. Inclusion of the people supporting
the cause of the team makes the team stronger (Lewis 2013). Therefore, in order to face the
crisis, Robin Hood might join hands with the barons who invited him to the feast. Including the
noble men in his plan is a major step that the character might take in order to facilitate the
purpose of the team. although there are risks in revealing his plans to the outsiders, but then
again he has got no other better alternative other than stabbing the sheriff.
