Strategic Analysis Report: Feedback & Strategic Issues

This report provides a comprehensive strategic analysis of a business, specifically addressing feedback received on a previous assignment. Summary to the feedback
The feedback is concerned about addressing the direct three questions that are asked for making
use of the strategic concepts and analysis that can be extracted from the given modules and the
same can be applied to the business corporation. The next point is describing a short introduction
and the objective of the presented report and also expectations are made that the 3 key strategic
issues and their reason of being strategic is explained. Further, use of 3 environments PESTLE, 5
Forces & internal as a guide is required to be done. It has been noted that the report is lacking a
depth knowledge in PESTEL and strategic issues were not clear and also the internal knowledge
was found at limited extent. The further expectations made are made for presenting strong course
knowledge and the definition of the industry relating with the critical success factors and
advantages of the same are required to be analyzed. Identification of industry is also found to be
absent and SWOT analysis is also weak. The three types of resources were explained in very
unclear terms and links for CFS were not discussed. Moreover the further expectations are made
regarding the approach of Porter generic plus and how the the strategies are addressing the issues
by making use of SAFe tests. The improvements made were also unclear. A proper and
professional presentation for the re[ort is required to be made comprising of front-sheet,
contents, clear sections, tables & diagrams and relevant Harvard referencing and same was not
done properly.
A reflective account
The first point in the feedback is asked for addressing the three questions that were asked for
making use of the concepts and the analysis from the module should be clearly applied to the
organization. For addressing this depth to the mentioned strategic concepts and the three
questions has been enhanced and also the link of the concepts with the organization is done.
In the next point tutor is asking for elaborating and adding depth to the introduction and
objective of the report is required has been discussed. And for doing more company facts are
added and tis have increased the strength of the introduction. And further, the 3 strategic issues
are modified for enhancing their quality of knowledge and also the reasons why these mentioned
issues are strategic and also for further elaboration the 3 environments that are (PESTEL, 5
forces and internal) are used for guidance.

Further, a detailed survey was conducted over the industry and same has been explained and
analysis of the critical success factor has been done. The SWOT analysis is also strengthened and
also the clarity for the strategic issues has been provided. A unique identification is also given to
the resources and capabilities of the organization.
Identification of the porters generic plus has been done and evaluation of the strategies is also
done and further the test of SAFe is also done. And more focus is given on the Porter generic is
done.
