People management plays an important role in any organization. Effective people
management is very necessary for the the proper development and management in the company.
Managing people helps in enhancement of employees performances and organisation's productivity.
They helps the leaders and managers to accomplish business success and favourable results.
Managing people give their full efforts and assistance in the organization's operations and
functions. It helps the organisation by creating effective work culture in the organisation. Effective
people management assists in enhancing work efficiency of the employees. They develops a
impressive work culture for the workers with their attractive leadership style and quality. They
takes necessary actions to ensure about the all employees of the company positively contributes in
the business activities. Nissan is a multinational auto-mobile manufacturing company. It has
headquartered in Yokohama, Nishi-ku. The Nissan motor co. Ltd. Sell its cars under various brand
like Datsun, Nissan, Infinite etc. This report will include the many strategic people management
areas like management and leadership, training and development, talent management. This report
will also highlight the theoretical models of these three areas and the recommendation on the
required skills, behaviour and knowledge of the management for managing that three areas and also
include the role of human resource in these three area of the organisation.

Human resource is a great department in the company that are responsible for conducting all
work related activities. They plays an essential role in managing important resources related to
workers or employees. In the Nissan the managers and leaders play an important role in their
business operations and performances (Ashdown., 2018). In the organization several issues can be
occurred by the changing business situation, in which HR in the company takes essential actions to
eliminate the affective risks. The Nissan's management team and human resource helps in the
planning, leading, controlling and organizing the operations of the organization. The effective
human resource activities and operations plays a best role in the leadership and management of a
company. It also give their their positive impacts on the organisation's performances and functions.
They are accountable for all the business activities and carrying out the management process in a
very effective way. Management also plays a major role in the effective leadership and
management in the company. They control the the internal and external activities of the company
and take essential actions to perform better .
Human resource plays an effective role in supporting leadership and management
approaches. Managers and leaders of the company should have to develop their ability of making
effective planning, controlling the execution process, monitoring the whole operations, analysing
all related activities and forecasting the future growth of an organisation. Human resource of the
Nissan company plays their major role in the procedure of guiding the development, maintenance,
allocation and resources distribution to accomplish business goals and success (Bosman and Lehr.,

effective personal skills. In this organisation the leaders and managers gives their full efforts to
