Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. The chief executive officer of the company is Virna Pashendale. The
CEO of the company as Australia's most committed business group, which aims at making beautiful

the context of communication with clients, lack of updates and unattractive user interface. Thus, it can be

written report of the status of the new website.
Conversion Phase: This phase is also called the close out phase in project management. The contractor
provides the documentation of the website redevelopment project to the PHL according to the plan (Lin et
al. 2015). The contractors give a project closure document to the PHL and wait for their review and
approval. The project requirement checklist is considered by the contractor in order to check whether they

Acceptance Criteria
Sennveasna Naveen, the chief marketing officer of Pashendale Holdings Ltd (PHL), is the authority for
the acceptance of deliverable from the contractors responsible for the designing of new website. The PHL
have assigned the CMO and team of three advisor to the CMO, who would ensure the proper completion
of the project requirements. The contractor are answerable to the CMO for the conclusion of each phase
of project. The memebers from the contractor team would provide a formal report regarding the each
phase of project for the process for review and approval (Fischer et al. 2013). The function of CMO is to
review the report and send an acknowledgement for the approval of the project. The CMO signs off the
initial phase of the project and allows the contractor to proceed with the next phase. In case of any issues
with the project report, the contractor would provide a concise idea of changes required in the project.
For the completion phase of the project, the contraction for the redevelopment of website would a project
closure report to the CMO of the PHL. When the CMO signs off the project closure report, it is considered
as the completion of the project. A checklist is also provided to the CMO to confirm the list of deliverables.
The signing off the project by the CMO is the acknowledgement that the contractor have completed the
assigned project. This is considered as the acceptance criteria for the completion of project proposed by
PHL. The proper adoption of this plan, schedule, pricing and acceptance criteria would ensure a
successful implementation of the website redevelopment project for the PHL.
