5.3Options comparison (350words)
The virtualisation can provide several advantages to the company (Sharma et al 2016).
The advantages include
Minimized operation and the capital costs
Reduced or eliminated downtime
Maximized productivity of IT, agility, efficiency and the responsiveness.
Efficient provisioning of the assets and the applications
Greater continuity of the business and the recovery of disaster
Simplified management of data centre
There are various advantages of the cloud computing when it is deployed in the company
(Khari 2018.). The benefits include:
Cost savings: it is one of the biggest benefit of cloud computing
Very high speed
Restore data and back-up
Automatic integration of software
Reliability
Unlimited capacity of storage
The advantages of operating system include:
It acts as an interface between the hardware and the user
Allows the user to input the data (Watson et al 2018).
The users can communicate with the computers in order to execute different
functions such as the arithmetic calculations and many more
It has an impressive life of battery
Eliminates the tasks of It those are time consuming that includes building the images
of the system, troubleshooting software of small business or spending several hours
cleaning the systems those are infected by virus.
5.4Preferred option (250 words +diagram)
The preferred option that can be implemented in the company is the cloud computing.
Cloud computing means accessing and then strong the data over the internet instead of
the hard drive of the computer. The cloud is a metaphor for the internet. When the data
is stored or the programs are executed from the hard drive, it is known as the computing

Tuan Nguyen Strategic Plan Analysis
There are three models of cloud computing that can be deployed in the company it
includes IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. Cloud computing can be advantageous for the company as it
is cheaper, faster and it can provide flexibility to the operations of the company and also
offer scalability such as the power of processing and the bandwidth of the network can
be scaled up and can be scaled down easily (Gallardo, Hernantes and Serrano 2018). The
company can deploy SaaS clouds as it is faster and the upgrades of this cloud are latest.
6.Impact of Change (300 words = 4 impacts)
6.1 Impact 1: Cloud computing will have a great impact on the company. This is because
cloud computing is one of the cheapest technology that can be deployed by the company
so that they can save the cost and upgrade the technology (Opara-Martins, Sahandi and
Tian 2016). The technology is also fast and cheaper and it will help the company to meet
its objectives and operate better than the previous technology that was implemented in
the company
6.2 Impact 2: the new technology is very much scalable and can provide flexibility to the
operations of the company. It will help the company too scale up and scale down the
power of processing as the choice of the company and it will help the company in its
operations and fulfil the needs of the company (Kaddoumi et al 2018). It will also the help
the company to change the ICT needs of the company
6.3 Impact 3: the change in the company can easily maximize the efficiency of the
procedures of work and it will make the customers more satisfied (Luo et al 2018). The
new technology will maximize the speed of the and the customers will get the services
more fast and they will be happy about the services
6.4 Impact 4: cloud computing not only assists in minimizing the costs of infrastructure
but it also minimizes the expenditures of the capital. The flexible nature of the cloud
computing has maximized its popularity. It will help the company to increase the revenue
of the company and it will assist the company to accomplish the goals of business
(Clohessy, Acton and Morgan, 2017). Various companies prefer to utilise the services
those are offered by the cloud rather than creating their own infrastructure.
