CONCLUSION
From the above study, it is summarized that the Strategic planning is a very crucial
process in any company to identifying its vision, mission, objectives and goals. It is an important
procedure to specify the organization's strategy and its decision for distributing the resources.
Strategic planning helps the Vista company to establish the sequence of achieving its objectives.
Vista is a chemical trading company and deals in personal care, cement, textile, household,
ceramic, industrial cleaning's, construction, agrochemicals and lubricants industries. Strategic
plan is very important and it will create an effective platform for the company to enhance its
process towards achieving its goals.
