CASE STUDY ANALYSIS
The entire project was completed in between the deadline and hence the project was
initially considered as a success. The marketing strategies that were imbibed were poor and
hence wise the sales of the product decreased. This led to the aspect that the data that improper
assessment of project process affected the entire project. This resulted in failing of the entire
project. In this case it has been seen that the data that are collected might get breached and the
data overspent in thee entire system will be getting developed.
Slide 2
Alignment of the project was partially correct and was partially incorrect. The reason of
this incorrect assessment is that strategically the project was not aligned but in terms of the
ethical aspect the project was well aligned. As the project was strategically nit aligned the entire
process of the project fails and hence wise this affects the functionality of the project. Ethically
the project was correct this time as there was not ethical glitches present in the section.
Slide 3
Stakeholder engagement was poor in this case. This poor stakeholder engagement leads
to ceasing of the project. Project process that was used was correct as the project was completed
within the deadline and there was no ethical issue. Innovation and learning was absent in the
process and hence wise the quality of the product was poor as well. Benefits received was
nullified as this section of poor product quality led to failure of the project.
Slide 4
Despite the fact that project wans completed within the deadline the project is termed as a
failure. It was seen that there has been a constant decrease in sales and hence wise the entire
process gets affected. Again, it can be stated that the alignment of the project was strategic in

nature. It is seen that project has been ethically aligned but the process that is implemented in the
execution of the project was not highly acclaimed. The quality of the product was not maintained
and hence wise sales of the product was on a declining state. The external stakeholders were not
satisfied and hence wise the collaboration had to break out.

innovation. With constant innovation in the process the main activity that is achieved is that
