Project life cycle diagram reflects the different stages through which project will passed.
It can be observed that under the current project 10 murals will be developed under which
different paintings will be prepared. Project life cycle stage will be divided in to three stages
planning, executive and ongoing operations. In the planning stage first of all survey will be done

about places where work can be done to attract tourism (Burke, 2013). In this regard at latter
stage feasibility study will be conducted and estimates about cost will be prepared. On the basis
of results entire project will be designed. In executive stage budget for developing murals will be
prepared and planning will be done accordingly. Finally, in last stage murals will be developed
and in this way project will be completed.
1.2 Identify possible stakeholders and choice for stakeholders
Internal stakeholders Manager: Manager will be senior in structure and will look after entire project related
activities. Finance controller: Finance controller will allocate budget among varied activities. Operation manager: Operation manager will look after entire project related operations. Supervisor: Supervisor will supervise workers at site.
External stakeholders
 Government: Government is the important stakeholder as it is giving grant for project.
Thus, it will receive time to time update on current project.
 Auditors: Auditors are important stakeholder as they will be appointed by government
for evaluating project and identify if any manipulation is done in money.
 Private firm manager that support on current project: Assistance can be taken from the
private firm in order to implement project in better manner. Thus, its manager are the
important stakeholder in the current project (Blengini and et.al., 2012).
 Private firm finance controller: Guidance will be taken from the finance controller for
managing cash in better manner.
 Private firm operation manager: Operation manager will give guidance in respect to
managing project related operations.

3.1 Methodology and approach used for project
Waterfall model will be followed and under this first of all project scope will be
determined. The activities that must be performed in the project will be determined in this stage.
Clear goals and objectives will be determined in respect to each activity in the project. Different
teams will be prepared and under same different activities will be allocated. Traditional
approach will be used and under this first of all project will be initiated and preliminary
preparation about project will be done (Tsai and et.al., 2011). Then proper plan will be prepared
like way in which fund will be raise in respect to mural and allocation of team etc. Project will be
implemented and under this as per plan all acts related to mural will be performed by the teams.
Project control stage will be performed to ensure that all acts are performed according to
prepared plan. Finally, after completion of project it will be closed.

to ensure that areas where risk is maximum is identified. By formulating strategy on time risk

4.2 Activities that will be overseen by the project manager
There are number of activities that will be overlook by the manager. From start to end
manager will look after each and every activity that is associated with the project. Project
manager will ensure that activity of developing murals is performed in systematic way and all
employees are performing their responsibility in proper manner. It will also look after use of
fund in different project related activities to ensure that same is used effectively in the business.
