Introduction/Background
PHL is a well-known organization that comes up strategic plan for improving customer service and
marketing. It generally requires proper approach for getting new clients and creating market share. For
gaining strategic objective CEO of PHL has approved the project that is redevelopment of website. The
website is the update version of present PHL website. The main notion behind this project is all about
building new website that has rich content. It comprises of new development project, client requirement,
and affiliating network-based platform. The website needs to be designed in a way that it can help PHL
firm to work more closely with client so that they can provide construction solution. The website needs to
focus on delivery on timely basis for getting feedback of perspective of the client. This merely help in
enhancing customer interaction with the firm. PHL lack IT department which deals with design and testing

Scope of this project work is inclusive of planning, training, execution, and implementation of new
website for this PHL organization. For this particular reason, website contractor has ultimately made a

Work Requirements
The following project is all about re-development of website which is done in the stages of the project like
planning. The design of the website needs to be taken into consideration as it will increase the overall
efficiency of the project. Considering data analysis, there is need for better understanding of new
features of this redesigned website. After carrying out secondary analysis, primary data analysis will be
done where they will understand the review from different client. It is to be done so that issues on the
website can be easily understood. In this part, the step of improvising client interaction has been already
taken into account. As soon as the design of website has been done, it will be shown to PHL Australia. In
this particular step, CEO mainly check design and look for its validity. If the design is approved by CEO
then the project is executed. If the design is not suitable as per the requirement, then the whole process
of planning and redesigning will begin. The process aims to continue until and unless the whole plan gets
approved. After the approval, execution stag of the project will come into picture.
In each and every project phase, there is a wide-range of particular task which website design should
contract. In the beginning phase of the website, contractor need to build up and present it to the
organization. A detail project plan inclusive of testing plan, schedule and implementation plan, training

plan. After the successful development of the plan, there is need for providing the PHL project plan for
getting a review.
In the project design stage, contractor needs to carry out their work with PHL in beginning phase so that
they can collect requirements. The mere focus is all about website creation by the help of selected
requirements. In addition, there is need for developing proposal of design of website for getting review of
PHL authorities.
It is mainly the duty of contract to end all coding section for getting approval of design website from PHL.
The contractor needs to provide a complete testing plan which is inclusive of content provided by PHL for
its redesigning. There is need to carry out testing of contractor lab as well as minimum beta release for
resolving coding and issues of site analyzed at the time of testing. There is need for compiling the test
report which needed to be given to PHL for getting approval. In the design and definition phase,
contractor needs to be given to PHL that comes up with complete written status that is update during
weekly meeting. The schedule weekly meeting takes place in between contractor of website and PHL.
In implementation phase of the website, contractor needs to come up with new redesigned website for
PHL organization. In the beginning there is need of giving 24*7 website basis support on this section. It is
generally done till the closure phase of website redevelopment project. Contractor will require to provide
proper training with respect to plan for training. In the design stage, contractor is needed to give PHL with
different written document. The complete update is provided in meeting on weekly basis in between
contractor and client organization that is PHL.
For carrying out the conversion phase, contractor needs to give PHL with all required document which is
as per the approved plan. There is need for providing a proper report of closure to PHL about the project
for getting their review. The duty of the contractor to complete all the checklist of project that highlights
the required project task. Contractor will conclude a 24*7 instance support for web platform on 11.59 PM
on the final project day. Contractor is needed to give PHL with respect to written details and update it on
weekly basis through meeting. In this conversion phase, the meetings are held in between the two that is
contractor and PHL.
The whole project will be carried with accordance with respect to project cycle. The whole project life
cycle will be inclusive certain phases like project initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.
In the project initiation phase, contractor needs to review the current technology which will be used for
developing this website. It is considered to be as one of the major aspects of whole selection review that

needs to be conducted. The phase of contract selection will be done in project beginning stage. The
initiation phase of the project will begin on 27th Sep 2019. Right after the project begining phase, the
project work will begin in a week. It is expected that a total of 7 days will be provided for completing the
initiation and planning stage of the project.
It has been estimated that the project planning will be completed in the interval of one week. The project
planning phase is merely inclusive of certain number of facts which help in having better understanding
of developing website that needs to be carried out. This particular area aims to highlight the fact there is
need for improvement of overall understanding of innovation. It needs to be completely understood and
so proper planning is needed for that.
The design phase of this project needs to be done after completing the project planning step. The
complete time needed for completing the design phase is around 21 days. The major concern that needs
to be taken into account that the plan which has made and completely approved by contractor.
The execution phase of the project will be done right after the design phase of the project. It has been
estimated that the project process will be done in an interval of 6 weeks. The expected date for the
execution phase of the project is 6th December 2019. As soon as the execution of website redevelopment
project has been carried out, the next week the training of employees need to be started.
Proper review and monitoring of project will be carried out after the execution and project implementation
phase. It has been instructed that the review process need to be completed a week prior to Christmas.
As soon as monitoring phase has been completed, the phase of project closure will be carried out. The
complete project is expected to complete at the end of Christmas eve. It will be considered as the closure
phase of the project.
Schedule/Milestones

help of website redesign for contract selection. Review process should not last not more than an interval of
three weeks for contractor being selected for project on 27th Sep 2019. The project is expected to begin a
week later. The redesigned website is to be reviewed depending on the final three weeks after stating. The
overall website implementation needs to be completed by the time 6th December 2019. After a week later,
the complete training to PHL personal need to be given. There is need of complete project review which

Acceptance Criteria
Sennveasna Naveen who is the CMO of PHL will be sole responsible for acceptance criteria for different
deliverables. The whole work is about having redesigning of website of PHL organization. CMO and their advisors
team need to check the project tasks that are completed. In the concluding phase, contractor needs to give CMO
with details of report for getting approval of the project. CMO either need to sign off the project on its completion.
In addition, there is need for getting approval for the project which is about to commence.
As soon as the project has been completed, design contractor needs to provide CMO with certain details like
closure report. CMO can also sign off on closure report of this project. Certain advice can be given to contractor
with respect to project task which remains outstanding. CMO will carry out sign off project closure represent which
is represent by PHL acknowledgment. Then the details provided like project deliverables will be accepted where
contractor has completely provided all the given task.
If any kind of disagreement arises in between the two that is design contractor and PHL over project completion
phase of project, then the whole thing will be re-solved to contracting officer at both ends for further review.
