Introduction/Background
Project management is vital for a firm as it includes the management of the targeted project
that are required to be completed with the allocated period of time. In this current project is
based on website redevelopment of Pashendale limited also denoted as PHL limited, which is an
Australian based construction company. The company involves multi tiered approach along with
capturing additional market. The company is required to build the website that is rich in content
along with development of the building and affiliate program network and testimonials for
clients. The project would gain certain aspects in the company that might include the PHL for
developing the tailored constructions. The company has no internal information technology
department for performing certain tasks such as designing, testing, implementing and others.
PHL limited has the aim to develop their new website, which would include a range of
specific tasks that are required to be completed within the mentioned schedule. The planning
phase include schedule on which the project is required to be completed along with work
breakdown structure along with transition plan and training plan for the appointed employees

Müller 2015). The external intranet site for the project is required to ensure the adequate
resources for the overall process of designing, building and testing the newly implemented

process and architecture process is required to be completed. In this process, the architect for the
website is required to be implemented along with setting the wireframe of the project. It has been
estimated to be completed after the end of 9 September 2019 of the project. Later, the visual
process design is required to be implemented where the process of designing would differentiate
the visual representation of the website (Teller, Kock and Gemünden 2014). After this particular
process, the definition process is required to be completed as it includes the definition of the
project, which would be beneficial for the project along with mentioning their financial viability.
All of these processes requires certain amount of cost that would be incurred after a certain
period of time. The design process mainly involves in designing of the website, which includes
