Scope of research:
The present study is based on critical scenario of corporation in term of employee’s

issues behind high employee turnover and its potential impact on overall performance of
company. The study will help researcher to draw valid conclusion and provide suggestions for
corporation to take corrective actions in order to reduce employee turnover. In addition to this,
research project on employee turnover can also be fruitful for organizations facing the same
issue. At this juncture, current research can be helpful for other researchers who are doing study
in the same field. Periscopix is a small advertisement company with 20/30 employees that’s why
researcher use below method to reduce staff turnover but it will be bit difficult to use the same
method of a bigger organization.
1.3 Justify the topic of investigation and its aim, scope and
objectives:
The selected research objectives are justified in term of research issue of selected
corporation. Here, research at first give explanation regarding reasons behind employee turnover.
At this juncture, management of corporation analyzes all reasons associated with high employee
turnover. Furthermore, impact of staff turnover has also been assessed on productivity of
company. This way researcher analyzes the overall scenario for taking corrective action.
The scope of study is also justified in context of its purpose and benefit to several parties.

The research methodology used in the project will be explained as follows. The type of
investigation for research will be qualitative under which qualitative analysis will be done by
using thematic technique. It is helpful in conducting theoretical analysis of study (Bray and
Boon, 2011). The reason behind not using quantitative type of investigation is to conduct in-
depth analysis of the topic under investigation. However, quantitative type of research just
focuses upon application of statistical tool for the purpose of assessing impact on one variable on
other. Owing to this, qualitative method has been applied in the current study so as to carry out
in-depth analysis to reach at aim and objectives of the research.
On the other hand, inductive approach will be used for data collection method. Here,
research will begin from general to specific pattern (Weller and Gulick, 2014). Owing to this, at

recommendation wherein research presents findings of study in an effectual manner. It is the last
chapter of the study under which research provided recommendations in accordance with

Action plan of the research project
The action plan of study has been prepared as follows. It consists of list of research
activities are to be completed for the research proposal. The table itself reflects that research

addition to this, collection of primary data takes 3 weeks. Similarly, for collecting primary data

Research methodology is the most important part in any study. Under this, a source of

collection of primary data is the most important part because here researcher create strong base

related. The present research topic is based on questionnaire methodology. It reflects that

2.3 Determining an option that supports the project aims
The research analysis can be done with the help of qualitative. The preset research project
uses qualitative techniques under which themes will be prepared in accordance with research
questions (Bray and Boon, 2011). All prepared themes will be supported by graphs and
frequency table so that readers can easily understand the scenario. Owing to this, thematic
analysis has been applied for assessing the impact of high employee turnover and its impact on

3.1 Evaluating the research analysis to enable conclusion
Data analysis has been done as follows in the light of formulated themes. It proves to be
effective in extracting valid conclusion for high staff turnover in medium size organization as
Periscopix (Dysvik and Kuvaas, 2010).
Theme 1: Employee find effective working condition in Periscopix
According to the collected primary data it has been found that 3 employees of Periscopix
quoted that working condition of company is effective and they can easily devote much of their
time in rendering services to their clients. 5 respondents stated that they rarely find working
condition of company effective and 7 perceive working condition effective most of the time.
However, primary data reveals that 5 participants do not find working condition favorable. It
reflects that majority of respondents are not happy with working condition of corporation. Thus,
it can be said that Priscopix has good working condition for meeting expectation of personnel
and providing them appropriate working environment. It can be critically evaluated that some of
the workforce are not happy with current work environment due to less favorable working
conditions.

Theme 2: Satisfied with salary of Periscopix
The collected information reflects that 4 employees are highly satisfied and 5 are satisfied
with salary of company. Similarly, 1 employee is neither satisfied nor dissatisfied whereas 7 are
dissatisfied with salary provided at Periscopix. 3 participants are also highly dissatisfied with
monetary benefit provided by organization. It has direct impact on employee motivation which
leads to increase attrition rate in company. Hence, collected information bring forth outcome that
company is paying good salary to personnel and they are satisfied with the same. It assists them
to cope up with changing scenario and deliver good quality of services to customers. However,
some employees are not satisfied where management need to focus and enhance their pay scale
to increase their motivation level.
