Analysis
The analytical model which is used for the identification of the key issues involved will
be the SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis is the analytical model which will be useful in
identifying the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of an organization (Wild, Wild &
Han, 2014). This model is a strategic model where the internal environment of an organization is
scanned. In this study there is the SWOT analysis of Red Ideas Private Limited Company will be
done (Meyer, Neck & Meeks, 2017). This company has only started its business and doing its
operations for only 2 years now. The organization has an extensive useful product which is their
flagship product termed as JaGa App. This is the app which provides high home security
solutions for the tenants as well for the property managers and security guards providing high
security to the rental and the commercial buildings or apartments. The SWOT analysis of the
company has been illustrated below.
Strengths
The company has become quite popular with the development of its flagship product
JaGa App which provides high end home security solutions not only to the tenants but
also to the property managers and the other owners of the buildings as well.
The company has got high recognition as the leading entrepreneur accelerator platform.
It has got the fame of first mover company only after its 2 years of operations.
This product has been providing huge range of services to the customers which involves
VMS, emergency assistance and high end security solutions.
The company hired excellent quality coders and developers for developing the codes and
developing such a strong platform.

This app will be helping the managers to manage and control the management activities
for the organization effectively.
This app will be providing statistical records for the company to improve its operations in
the future as well.
The platform developed is highly scalable.
The company has a strong and dedicated sales team.
Weakness
Since the business has only started and it is just 2 years of operations now, they have the
shortage of funding. They need to be having alliance with the investors like the angel
investors, venture capitalists for having solid funding for product development (Hill,
Jones & Schilling, 2014)..
The app is not yet built properly and the all the functionalities are not yet started to
provide high satisfaction to the customers (Bettis et al., 2016). The app has the service
menu but it does not work now.
The app is still not fully ready to be used as this does not meet the customer requirements
and it is on the up gradation process now.
The expansion of the services other than the home related services to the users is still
doubtful and whether it is feasible or not will be evaluated.

The company with its flagship product JaGa App will be providing high value to the
customers using the product helps in acquiring more customers in the future.
The competitive pricing strategy helps in attracting huge number of customers.
The product provides high revenue and profitability for the company in future.
There is a scope for expansion of the services overseas as well having strong foothold in
the domestic market as well.
There is scope of increasing the market share for the company through this product.
Threats
The feasibility and the viability of the product is the greatest threat for the organization.
The high end security of the app is always a threat as the operations is done online only.
The high competition from the competitors provides a threat to the company.
