Communication dis-functionalities: Poor communication is vital operational issues that
occurred in DickSmithFood based on all types of issues related to both management processes
along with organizational structure development. Some other improper communication processes
mainly includes various conflict situations that miss leads any organization to achieve the functional
benefits depending on the target market (Lee et al. 2015). In addition to this, in DickSmithFood
there is an issue of not giving any priority to low grade staffs during making decisions for different
types of functional steps. Hence, this type of issue becomes vital cause for an organization to
