INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning log is considered as a record of individuals experiences of learning written
into a reflective writing style. The main aspect is while writing a reflective log it is vital to
concentrates upon the process of learning and subject material. Additionally, this is essential as it
enhances self awareness that is known to be the main elements of emotional intelligences as well
as into developing an effective acknowledgement of others. It is also helpful for individuals in
developing creating thinking skills and motivates active involvement into the processes of work.
The aim of this report is to develop a reflective log of individuals on topic strategic workforce

reflecting on?
Within current reflective log an experience and
behaviour about the strategic workforce
planning is being provided and reflected. It has
been reflected and learned out during the
current module that the Strategic workforce
planning sets HR up to identify talent needs
associated with the organization's future goals
and establish a strategy to ensure the
organization has the right mix of talent,
technologies and employment models to reach
these goals. Thus, within current module I tend
to evaluate and look out the key aspect and
core concept of the strategic workforce
planning along with analysis and review key
skills needed to support improved and
effective workforce planning. For this module
I will look at The Concept of Strategy and how
it benefits the organization vision, mission and
objectives.
As the concept of strategy in management is
wider term. Moreover, in general term,
strategy describes as seeking at longer term
future for determining what the firms desires
to be as well as putting into areas of plan, and
how to obtain that. In addition to this, it is
helpful in defining the particular business,
provides them a set of values and intent. This
aids them in understanding their success what
it exactly look like. This renders a roadmap for
their business, represents us its destination as
well as determines the useful stopping points

Furthermore, I also experience that strategy is
beneficial for the organisation’s vision,
mission and objectives. As this aids staff to
understands the intent of their existent as well
as core values upon that they are governed.
Additionally, it is aan integral part of firm’
strategy which aidds in setting the priorities,
allocates the resources as well as also assures
that all are performing towards common
objectives& goals so this facilitates a road map
to future.

a Government Holding Company, so this
would be helpful for me gaining numerous of
things. As while obtaining knowledge about
strategic workforce planning, as this would be
generally set up by the organisation HR. But
then also it was helpful for me as through this I
get to learn that how to determine the talent
requirements related with firm’s future
objectives as well as help me in establishing s
strategy for assuring that entity should have
the appropriate mix of talent, technologies &
employment models for reaching those
objectives.
It has been experienced and fond out by me
that the strategic workforce planning tend to
be a vital and critical part of every business
organisation and workplace as it plays a vital
role in providing and leading out the numerous
benefits to the organization. They learning
experience and benefits of the strategic
workplace planning comprises and including
employee retention along with supporting
better talent identification, identifying skill
gaps, and supporting the budget. Along with
this, it has been also experienced by me that
the Workforce planning can also help better
prepare an organization for the future and to
better forecast challenges they may come
across based on strategic planning and analysis
of all key business aspects to effectively meet

Further, learning is being made by me that
strategic workforce planning requires strategic
direction and goal setting to direct and guide
the workforce towards improved performance.
Along with this, entering proper supply
analysis as well as implicating effective
motoring process is also vital to have and
supports effective workforce planning. In
addition to this, from the previous experience
and collegues also i learned to work in a team
as while performing the various task there is
requirement of an effective group for
executing the plan in much efficient way. So,
by this, I am able to develop my team working
skills that would be helpful for me in respect
of providing the efficient outcomes within
entity.

This is very important that what have been
learned should be useful into some activities or
practices I will put my learning into practices
through different manner. As I gain effective
knowledge and understandings about strategy,
strategic workforce planning and also how to
work in team. So, while performing any kind
of project I would keep in mind that what and
how to develop an efficient strategy for the
beneficial business and staff as well. Later
through my team working skills I would
performed the each step of my plan in team as
it would assists me in obtaining profitable
results. In addition to this, with team work, I
may effectually manage the task and activities
in efficient manner as well as further deliver
the best outcomes for delegated task.
Additionally, me with performing in a team
helps me to get the task to be done into
productive ay that would directly assists me in
enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of
my task. Next time I would do something
differently through gaining more experiences
from present and previous. As while doing all
this I also have to face some problems so in
future I would try that same thing would not
be happen again. For instances, I would work
on my some weaker and challenging areas
with assistance of proper sessions, training,
making habits of those thing which would be
beneficial for me. Based on current module

supports better management of employees
along with leading higher workplace
efficiency. The implication and adoption of
this learning would be made by me ensuring
and leading out better workplace learning
based on proper meeting proper demand and
supply of talent candidates. Along with his, the
current gained knowledge would also be
applied by me in supporting regular
monitoring in employees to timely analysis the
skill gap and ensuring and leading out required
training and development program to mitigate
and fill that skill gap. Beside this, continuous
monitoring in performance would be also
made to have a better check in performance
level of employees to supports effective
strategic workforce planning to meet set
objective in improved manner.
