EMAIL
To: Steve Ratana
From: JJ
CC: Alyssa Edwards, Ken Chen
Subject: Concerning the Health and Safety Norms of the NOV’8 Engineering
Dear Steve,
I wish that the delivered email discovers you in excellent health. This email is being
written to you on behalf of NOV’8 Engineering department, New Zealand. The concerned
email is sent regarding a few unequivocal situations that are encountered by us in our
production centre. The potential employees working at our centre have been complaining
about the issues they face in the working environment that is conditioned to them. In this
connection, they have raised a demand to make recognisable changes to the same within the
earliest of time. Moreover, with the respect of inspecting the working premises in the factory,
the issue that came into contact was the threat to health and safety concerns of the employees.
It was analysed that the same is not up to the mark. Therefore, the absence of the mentioned
conditions may culminate in a future recognisable threat in the flow of work procedure in the
factory as it was found that the potential employees have already put a temporary halt in their
work.
As inspected, the conditions that hampered the health and safety issues of the
employees were recognised as:
Storing facilities administration of harmful chemicals.
Warehousing issues.
Injuries due to the monotonous strain of work.
