The need of effective employee within an organisation is very effective as they make a
full scope for the HR to process with the activities and make sure for motivate, sustain and attract
more people to work in the organisation for the long lasting time. Most of the successful
organisation are using different strategies and adoption techniques which must be related to
performance management and make a compensation programme for having an effective
succession planning (Ahmed and et.al., 2021). This report shows the report on talent
management strategies used by many successful organisations. Further, effective
recommendation for using effective growth for selected organisation of Boden, a clothing retail
industry founded in 1991 and in 2015 open their physical outlets in London, Germany, Australia
and US.
Aim and Objectives:
Aim: “The aim of the research is evaluating different strategies used by the best companies in
order to attract and retain people within the companies.”
Objectives:
To analyse the different initiatives used by the different companies to use effective talent

To evaluate the value and benefits for the use of talent management by addressing well-
being and improving employee motivation and retention programme.
