INTRODUCTION
Business project are the most essential aspects that leads the management to implement

market. Human resources or employees are the most crucial aspects for organisation which leads
management to enhance their overall productivity. Along with this most of the current
organisation are performing its work at global level by engaging more number of employees.
This report is written from perspective of ASDA which manage its business among retail
industry. Currently organisation operates its supermarkets, retail stores and mobile chain at
multi-national level (Bell, 2018). All the operations which are performed by management are
focused towards accomplishment of organisational goals and objectives. Moreover, this report
highlights on aim and objectives of project. Project management plan will also be included in the
report as well as project is also divided with the WBS and Gantt chart for completing all project
successfully. In the recommendation will also be provided by analysing the data in accurate
manner.
TASK 1
P1 Aim and objectives
Global market is generating opportunity as well as challenges for the organisation which
directly impacts on the goals and objectives of company. With the term globalisation it is
analysed that the competition among organisation is increasing. Therefore, ASDA is also focused
for performing their work beyond local boundaries so management is recruiting more number of
employees to complete task and operations in minimum time period. But it also creates
challenges for organisation because of diverse workforce. So to retain employees for longer
period management implement policy related with employees for complete all task properly.
Project- With the set of activities and manage them in organised manner it is identified that
organisation perform all work in the form of a project (Bos-de, 2019). The project also leads an
organisation to perform all tasks in decided time period within accurate manner through utilising
available resources.

P3 Formulate of the work-break down structure and Gantt chart
Work-break down structure- Researcher utilise the WBS as an effective tool which is
utilised by management for dividing the project into small task and activities. This also enhance
the overall efficiency of work and project that is used by investigator for performing all task
within a sequential and organised manner (Marinho, 2018). It is also beneficial in delegating
right roles and responsibilities to all employees. With the delegation of right work to right person
it is easy for management to reduce the probability of ineffective operations that directly
improves performance of employees.
Gantt chart- With the formulate of Gantt chart an organisation determines all the data and
information with in a visual form. This refers with help of this activities management allocate
