INTRODUCTION
The equality and diversity defines the different working standard of the company and
their behaviour reflects the better understanding of all the working employees. It states the equal
opportunity that is promoting by the company as in this all the employee’s gets the better
platform to enhance their working potential (Acurio, 2019). It is only possible with the most
skilled and the talented number of peoples thus they could work all together and helps to
company to achieve its goal in effective manner. Thus in this there a lot of people that belongs
from the different religion and different community having differ educational qualification as
well. In this company accept the diversity and provides equality to them by which they all feel
equal. This report is based on ASDA that is the British retailer of supermarkets and established
in 1949 having the headquartered in Leeds, West Yorkshire. They work with the 165000 number
of employees and having the 631 number of locations all across the world. This report includes
the project management, timeframe and the stages of the completion, primary and secondary
methods appropriate for the meeting aims and objectives. Furthermore includes the research that
is conducted with the help of different tools and techniques.
TASK 1
P1) Devise project aims and objectives
The inclusive workforce reflects the diverse culture of the company that shows the positive
attitude and belief of the employee towards the business. It raises the performance of each
individual as it motivates them and builds the inner zeal in them those up-raises their working
efficiency and thus they achieves their objectives and the skills with appropriate period of time.
It develops the supporting culture in which each of the employee’s works with better
understanding and works with more perfection (AYDIN, 2018).

the company is not the problem but to convey the adequate information to all the diversified
people is the biggest problem. In this the straightforward project will be managed and in this the
priority is given to the employee. Thus the manager will be assigned to each group that has the
appropriate knowledge and have that much responsibility to manage the large number of
workforce.
Different strategies adapted by the business to emphasis equality and diversity
As per the viewpoint of Kimberlee Leonard 2019, the diversity is the work that consists
of the different complex issues and includes the people that belongs from the different
backgrounds and have different beliefs. There are some strategies that help the business to
address the diversity and accomplish the objectives of the company. First the issue will be
defined as the policy of the company includes the gamut as like gender issues, disabilities, sexual
harassment, religion etc. Thus company could implement the change as per the need and demand
of the company (Le Grand, 2018). Then the personal uniqueness will be highlighted in this
company accept the employee as per their differences and try to build the strength of the
business. The policy will be developed that are more adhering and emphasis the goals and
objective of the company after that the some different policies will be developed that is in the
