INTRODUCTION
As Adept Owl team wants to create its brand image at high levels in the five years time,
so they need to make necessary strategies which not only help them to achieve the targets but
also they have to make there employees self efficient in order to ensure their cooperation in
maintenance of document quality(Sanders, M. E. and et.al, 2013). This report will help in
understanding the different strategies which can be framed so that people at workplace get the
knowledge of new introductions in the business and carry out work effectively.
TASK 1
1.1 Current Capability and Performance
In order to develop the strategies first evaluation of current capabilities of people is
important so that it can be find out that who is the most needy person for the training. There are
Six skills which as per Adept Owl management an employee should possess effectively in order
to get the quality in the documentations(Coulter, A. and et.al, 2013). The current capability of
employees has been given above:

Coach Team member can train others to perform task.
Further in the performance level it has been noticed that the administration people are not
up to the mark because they are taking just doubled time in every performance area which is a
concern for the Adept Owl. Certain areas such as Customer Focus, Productivity, Employee
Development, Expense and sustainability & Compliance are not up to the mark and this is an
alarming state of affair for the company because the vision will not be achieved buy them if they
continue to work like this only.
As per the team leaders evaluation the employee who needs the training and make him
understand the importance of work is Sam because macros and templates are important aspects
in the kind of work carried out by the Adept Owl(Ruutu, T. and et.al, 2014).
1.2 Training Session
As this is a high time for Adept Owl to make some move and conduct training programs
covering the aspects which the employees are lacking so in order to make employees efficient
training session has been conducted by the team leader and in the training session the emphasis
was on the new things and trends which are developing should be inculcated in the worker as
well as making him know about the certain things which they are lacking and try to make them
learn and practice those for half a month so that they can target efficient in them and productivity
and performance levels will be achieved(Rao, T. V., 2014).
1.3 Delivering the Training
The training has been started and on the first day the capacity and performance in the
current situation is been discussed, outcomes were taken from the employees and an
understanding is developed why they are not able to perform as per the standards thus further on
then sam was introduced with new trends and templates and moving on they were told about the
strategies that they can follow in uplifting the performance levels and productivity(Turker, D.
and Altuntas, C., 2014).
Further as per the set training plan the plan has been scheduled and conducted which in
turn resulted in some god news for Adept Owl company because the measured performance after

the training's has shown significant increase in the performance, productivity, customer focus
and expenses sector thus the impact of training was good but on the other hand sustainability and
compliance are at low level only.
1.4 Recommendations
As per the knowledge of the situation and looking at the capabilities of the people in
Adept Owl it is important for them to make quick move and change the way of carrying out
activities in terms of their Performance, sustainability and compliance. Certain recommendations
have been made by Team leader and those are:
Structured approach for planning and implementing the change should be followed.
More Training Programs.
As this is a case of System and documents, so every one who is involved in it should
know how the program is to be run(McCulloch, P. and et.al, 2013).
Consistent high quality delivery is to be provided to client.
CONCLUSION
As per the the report it has been concluded that making the visions won't make a business
achieve the statement rather working for it and working in an efficient and effective manner will
do it for business.
